The factory shop, that is over 600 square metres, at the Arnstadt headquarters in Thuringia offers a huge variety of drinking glasses, glass and gift articles in enchanting colours and decorations to select from. From hand-cut goblets to elegant wine glasses with a fine gold rim, you will find numerous special offers and reduced individual items from current collections and numerous other quality brands. Individual Engravings

A special service is the production of individual engravings according to the wishes of our customers. In this way, the glass of your choice becomes a unique gift, a unique specimen. Whether for weddings, anniversaries... we develop the suitable idea!

Repair Service

Whether broken stems, beaten edges or missing brilliance - our crystal glass repair service repairs damaged glass and crystal articles. And if a very valuable piece can no longer be saved, we will gladly try to reproduce your original glass in our manufactory.

GIFT AND SHIPPING SERVICE

If you wish, we can also pack your articles as an attractive gift. We would also be pleased to take care of the safe transport of your goods all over the world.

Competent consulting

Our competent and friendly sales assistants advise you comprehensively in all questions to products and their production. In the exhibition on glass production, you will learn how sparkling lead crystal is created from an uncut blank. Ask us also for demonstrations.
